Ufinit Shipping Policy

At Ufinit, every bat is crafted with care and made to order. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing times, delivery expectations, and important shipping details.


Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

All Ufinit bats are custom-made to order.

  • Manufacturing time: Up to 10 business days

  • This timeframe begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed

  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly

Once your bat is completed, it will be prepared for shipment.


Shipping Timeframes

After manufacturing, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Please note:

  • Shipping time does not include manufacturing time

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number to monitor delivery progress

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Ufinit is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  • Re-routing or re-shipping fees due to address errors


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact Help@Ufinit.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the package and product (if damaged)

  • Ufinit will work with the carrier to investigate the issue

Please note that Ufinit is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist in filing claims when applicable.


International Shipping

At this time, Ufinit shipping availability and international options may vary. Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes

  • Delays caused by customs processing
