1. Products & Custom Orders

Ufinit specializes in custom wood baseball bats and related products.

A. Custom Products

All custom orders (including engraving, specifications, sizing, finishes, and team logos) are made to your requested specifications.

Due to their personalized nature:

  • Custom products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted customization details are accurate.

B. Product Variations

Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, color, and weight distribution may vary slightly from product images.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

  • Payment must be completed before order fulfillment.

  • We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Ufinit is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.

4. Warranty & Bat Use Disclaimer

Ufinit offers a limited 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic blemishes

  • Damage from misuse or improper care

  • Use outside intended baseball play

  • Damage from hitting non-regulation balls

Wood bats are breakable by nature. Breakage is not automatically considered a defect.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned product before approving warranty claims.

5. Assumption of Risk

Baseball and bat usage involve inherent risks.

By purchasing and using Ufinit products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use, including injury or property damage.

Ufinit, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from product use.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

Participation in the Ufinit Affiliate Program is subject to approval.

Affiliates agree:

  • To provide accurate information

  • Not to misrepresent Ufinit products

  • Not to use deceptive marketing practices

  • Not to bid on branded keywords without written permission

  • Not to present themselves as employees of Ufinit

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time.

Commissions may be withheld in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including logos, graphics, product designs, images, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Ufinit, LLC.

You may not:
