Warranty, Returns & Replacements
What is your warranty policy?
All Ufinit bats include a 30-day limited warranty starting the day you receive your bat.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Ufinit does not offer monetary refunds. Approved warranty claims are replacement-only.
What qualifies for a warranty replacement?
Breakage under normal gameplay within 30 days that shows no signs of excessive or intentional damage.
Do warranty replacements reset the 30-day warranty?
No. Replacement bats do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled due to the custom nature of the product.
