Ufinit Warranty & Replacement Policy

At Ufinit, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our bats. Each bat is custom-made, and we take pride in delivering a product built for performance and durability. Please review our warranty and replacement policy carefully.

30-Day Limited Warranty

All Ufinit bats include a 30-day limited warranty, which begins on the day you receive your bat. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and breakage that occurs during normal, intended use.

Warranty Claims & Inspection Process

If your bat breaks within the 30-day warranty period, you must:

  1. Contact us at Help@Ufinit.com within the 30-day window
  2. Provide clear photos of:


    The full bat


    The area where the bat broke


    Any additional angles we request for inspection


Once received, our team will inspect the images to determine eligibility.

Approval Criteria

A replacement will be approved only if the damage:

  • Occurred during normal gameplay
  • Shows no signs of excessive use
  • Shows no intentional damage, abuse, or misuse

Examples of non-covered damage include, but are not limited to:

  • Intentional damage or bat alterations
  • Damage from hitting non-baseball objects
  • Excessive wear beyond normal play
  • Use in conditions or leagues not intended for wood bats

Ufinit reserves the right to deny any claim that shows signs of excessive force, misuse, or intentional damage.

Replacements Only – No Refunds

Ufinit does not offer monetary refunds on bats under any circumstances.

  • Approved claims will receive a one-time replacement bat
  • Replacements will match the original bat specifications
  • Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original 30-day warranty period

Custom Product Disclaimer

All Ufinit bats are custom-made, which means:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
